Drive from Highway 87, entering the park from the East. The poinsettias shown on the Festival page are on the face of the dam that forms Cosden Lake, and face Highway 87 just South of this sign. It is easier to read in a daytime picture. |

| Big Spring ISD
board President Irene Bustamante enlisted and supported the kids of the
various schools as they prepared signs to advertise themselves, and to add to the beauty of the festival. As you see, these signs were made by the BS High School and BS Junior High. |

| The lights were just next to the Kid's Zone | Kent Sharp and his son Austin man the welcome booth in the 29 degree weather on New Year's Eve, just before the festival closed for the year. Here they welcome a truck load of visitors who agreed to be photographed. |
