For EACH print selected, state the number and size of the print desired.

The first print of each:   4x6 = $10 or 5x7 = $15 or 8x10 = $15
Each print after one of the same size:    4x6 = $4 or 5x7 = $7 or 8x10 = $10

Enclose cash, check or money order for the total amount.
